Welcome

Welcome to Electrical and Computer Engineering! I'm looking forward to spending this semester with you, learning about the magic of circuits and the analysis and design tools that help you design them to do what you want them to do. By the end of this course, you'll be able to do just that. The final project in the lab (ECE1245) is a simple electrical invention of your own choosing. So as we work through the class, think of each of the pieces we learn as tools in your engineering toolbox, and think about how you can use them for designs now and in the future. Engineering is a very creative profession, and the more tools you have to work with, the more fun you can have with it. I look forward to sharing the fun of ECE with you this semester.
