Welcome to Electrical and Computer Engineering! and Welcome to ECE 1240. I'm glad to have you in my class. I'm excited about electrical engineering. It's been a fun and fascinating career for me, and I hope it will be for you too.
Today:
- Find the class! Drive/Bike/Walk/Trax, Park, find WEB Links to an external site. & MEB Links to an external site., find food, find a study spot.
Find Dr. Furse's Office (MEB 2280).
- Become familiar with what we will be doing in this course Links to an external site., and find at least one thing that interests you about electrical and computer engineering Links to an external site.. (And let's hope there will be more than ONE by the time we get to the end of the course!).
- Read the Syllabus (see link on the left of this page).

- Buy the equipment for the lab, and download the textbook. See the Syllabus for details.
- Find something that particularly interests you about electrical and computer engineering:
