Here are the source and pdf files for Homework 3. I ended up dropping a couple of questions (one on the VC dimension of threshold NNs and another on implementing an NN for Problem 4), so I hope that you will be able to turn it in on time. It is due on Monday, April 11. The HW still covers sufficient "conceptual" ground.
(Also, don't worry about 40 pts vs 50 pts, we'll rescale later.)
