Lecture (L4-3) Ideal Op-Amp Model and Non-Inverting Amplifier
- Due Oct 21, 2021 by 11am
- Points None
Most of the time we can use an ideal model for an op-amp, thus greatly simplifying our analysis. Today we introduce the non-inverting amplifier, first of several 'standard' op-amp circuits. When you see one of these standard circuits, you can analyze them using their standard equations which makes them very easy.
Questions of the Day (Learning Objectives)
-
What are the two rules for analyzing ideal op-amp circuits?
Which of the two rules may be applied even without negative feedback?
What is a non-inverting amplifier? (sketch the circuit and associated equations in your notes)
