MODULE 7 -- Amplifiers

1) Watch the video about classes of amplifiers (this is in the learning materials, hopefully you already watched it) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GhPqPVlDRPY Links to an external site.

2) Download the ADS workspace listed in the text for that video. Save and unzip it. Open it with ADS.

3) Play around with each of the project files provided in the workspace. Particularly look at the "simple power" and "class a_ab_ideal". Take a look at how this engineer set up the workspace and projects. Experiment with different values in the "simple power" project (you can move the adjustable sliders in the output window after you run the simulation. Experiment with different points on the load line in the class_a project.
