In this lab, you will construct a simple communications link and determine the link budget. This lab will make use of what you've done in previous labs.

 (50 points, due at time of lab). The prelab references a publication of dielectric properties of different media. Here's data for Download salt water. Here's a Download Matlab program to help calculate link budget.
