Door Access & Office Hour Survey

Submit the following for this assignment:

  • Your name
  • Your ID card number for lab door access (not UID; see below)
  • What days and times you would absolutely not be available to attend office hours Monday through Thursday (Nick is unavailable on Fridays)

Note that your "ID card number" is NOT your UID number. The number we need is the 16-digit number that is right under your name on your ID card. This is the number that is encoded on the magnetic strip on the back of your card, so it's the number the card reader needs to know about.
