For this assignment you'll assemble your own oscillators based on 4000-series CMOS chips. You'll start with simple square wave oscillators, and proceed to make multiple oscillators whose outputs are connected together, and control oscillators that influence other oscillators. You'll collect sounds from these oscillators and include them in your sound portfolio. This project is based on Part IV (Chapters 18-23 in our textbook).
