Have you heard that using open and free learning materials in your teaching can help improve student success? Evidence in the literature claims that using open education resources (OERs) in your course can lighten student financial loads, decrease student stress levels, and improve academic performance and course completion. Come to this session to discuss the different open education options that are available for you to integrate in your courses.
Learn about the potential of OERs and take away resources and information for finding and using OERs or free library resources in your course. You can ease into establishing a foundation of digital equity in your teaching despite time constraints and where you are on the teaching experience continuum!
