1. List all the groups that you belong to or all the ways that you identify: (i.e. woman, bi-racial, heterosexual, single-parent):

2. Choose the top 5 – the most important to you and that greatly influence who you are as a mentee or mentor

3. Which identities you name above do your mentees or mentors know about? How do these identities influence your mentoring relationship?
