Now that you have heard about the Lean Canvas for Innovation process, complete this post-course survey Links to an external site. The Concerns-Based Adoption Model (CBAM) to record your current perceptions, concerns and comfort with the described process. You will complete this survey again at the end of the course. We will use this survey to learn about how your perceptions have changed about Lean Canvas Innovation Tool.

The grade book will be manually updated once the external survey is completed.
