    Overview

    In this module, we are going to explore the Smart Phone from a system-level view, exploring ideas behind what they do and why (System Design, Team Design, and Creativity), what components are in the phone (Dissection), and constraints (this time, from the point of view of the battery).

    This module will last about 2-4 class sessions. Each day will have assignments associated with it, with some combination of:

    • Pre-class Assignments: Watch or read some background information. Bring information that will be needed that day in class.
    • In-class Assignments: Work together to accomplish something during class time, if you miss class there will be an alternative individual assignment.
    • Homework Assignments: Use material you learned in class to do something after class.
