Comagine Health is a non-profit organization that seeks to "work collaboratively with patients, providers, payers and other stakeholders to reimagine, redesign and implement sustainable improvements in the health care system." Trudy Bearden, Senior Consultant and Telehealth Lead with Comagine Health, along with the Comagine Health team, developed a concise toolkit to help those in primary care navigate telehealth and access resources for further education. This document has been formatted as a Word file so that it can be downloaded, stored, and accessed in-clinic or on the go. Below is a short excerpt from the toolkit's introduction:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was an urgent need to provide remote services, to continue uninterrupted health care services, to expand access, and keep people safe. This resulted in a rapid increase in the delivery of telehealth services in the primary care setting. This toolkit provides helpful guidance, checklists, resources and best practices to optimize and support telehealth.

One may ask “What makes this toolkit different from other telehealth toolkits?” The authors have endeavored to keep the content practical and simple with a prime focus on providing value to the primary care organizations and those they serve. Nothing in this document should be construed as legal or billing advice. Confer with the appropriately credentialed and trained individuals to confirm such information in this document.
