Group Survey

This is a confidential (to the rest of your group) evaluation of how well you think you and your group worked together. These questions should be filled out individually and confidentially. I need to know who you are, but I will NOT share any of this information with anyone else. I will use this information both to see for my own interest how the groups worked together, and also if there is a real problem with on group member, I can use this survey to adjust final grades accordingly.
