Here are some links to some of the music we'll be listening to. Much of the music is from CDs, but there are some pieces that are on youTube.

Week 8: Circuit Bending and Hardware Hacking. We'll look at examples from the DVD that came with the textbook

Week 10 - no reading this week - Mark Koven will be visiting on Tuesday
Week 11: Karlheinz Stockhausen - the reading is an interview from 1995 where Stockhausen was sent music from four contemporary electronic musicians and then asked to comment on their work. He was not very impressed. The title of the interview is Advice to Clever Children.
We'll see if we have time to listen to some Stockhausen, and also some works by the musicians that he listened to. I don't know exactly what pieces he listened to, but have chosen works from around that same time period.

Week 14 - No readings this week - Bill Manaris will be visiting on Tuesday
Week 15 - No readings - this is the last week of class with demo/concert on Tuesday!
