This course allows students pursuing the Computer Engineering degree to gain basic skills as well as perspective to succeed in their profession. The course material will be published via course Modules (one per week, roughly).
We will begin with tools for creating technical documents and later tips for effective writing. The bulk of the course will be seminars where experienced Computer Engineers will offer their words of wisdom. For further details, please see the schedule of talks (not all weeks have talks).
Work assigned to you will appear under Assignments. Generally, the assignments will consist of submitting a summary of a presentation that you heard. Other assignments will be to help build your background in the field.
